Nitrogen Expands Auburn Headquarters at 470 Nevada Street
Move will bring all the company’s 130 Auburn employees under one roof.
AUBURN, CALIFORNIA — Nitrogen, which builds innovative software solutions for tens of thousands of financial advisors across the country, announced today that it has reached an agreement with the owner of the 470 Nevada Street building to consolidate its Auburn headquarters at that location, and bring all 130 of its Auburn-based employees under one roof.
Since 2015, the company has occupied 373 Elm Avenue, the four-story building located near the intersection of Elm Avenue and Highway 49. In 2017, the company moved approximately 50 employees to the 470 Nevada Street location. This agreement will now allow all of its Auburn-based employees to operate at one location, increasing productivity and collaboration across its workforce.
The company has already begun the process of relocating some Elm Avenue employees to the Nevada Street site. Parts of the Nevada Street building will be under construction to accommodate this new growth, and the company expects to move all of its employees to the new location no later than January 1, 2020, and will have room for significant growth. Nitrogen will occupy approximately 88% of the building after the project is completed.
