Nitrogen Appoints New Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering Leaders

New executives bring a combined 51 years of experience to the company’s leadership team

AUBURN, CALIFORNIA — February 12, 2020Nitrogen, formerly Riskalyze, announced today that it has appointed three new executives to join its Senior Leadership Team, expanding the company’s depth in software engineering, customer success, and finance.

Jenny Roberts has been named as Vice President of Advisor Success. She brings a long track record of running customer success and service teams at several cloud software providers, and she has helped those companies substantially increase customer satisfaction and retention. At Nitrogen, she will lead the customer care, coaching, and relationship management teams that assist financial advisors across the country in their work. She will be based in the company’s Atlanta, Georgia office.

Leon Weiss has been named as Chief Financial Officer. Leon has served in senior finance roles for a variety of companies in the Sacramento region and most recently as the CFO of Inland Business Systems, a subsidiary of Xerox (NYSE: XRX). Leon will lead the company’s financial planning, accounting, and billing teams, and will be based in the company’s Auburn, California office.

Robert Dimicco has been named as Senior Vice President of Engineering. After a long and successful career in engineering management at Cisco (NASD: CSCO), Bob served as Chief Innovation Officer at Lowe’s (NYSE: LOW) prior to joining Nitrogen. He will lead the product, engineering, and quality assurance teams, and will be based in the company’s Auburn, California office. Matt Pistone, the company’s co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, remains in that role and will lead the research, infrastructure, platform, and GRC teams.
